Lumen Homes is a custom home builder based in Denver, Colorado, built on the belief that a home should be as unique as the people who live in it. The branding work for Lumen began with developing a full visual identity — logo, color palette, and brand patterns — designed to reflect the sophistication and craftsmanship that defines their work. The result was a clean, modern brand with a dark, refined aesthetic that sets Lumen apart in a crowded market.
From there, the brand was brought to life across every piece of the client experience. A website was designed to showcase their portfolio and communicate their custom building process with clarity and confidence. Print collateral — including a postcard and a uniquely formatted three-panel brochure — extended the brand into the physical world, giving prospective clients something tangible that matched the quality of the homes Lumen builds. A comprehensive brand presentation was also developed, walking through logo options, tagline exploration, and the full color system to ensure a cohesive foundation for everything that followed.
